Topic Recognizing these issues and helping clients address them before they become sources of conflict or unintended consequences.
Sophisticated planning often focuses on taxes, structures, and asset protection. Yet many of the challenges affluent families ultimately face stem not from technical deficiencies, but from unclear expectations, family dynamics, differing definitions of fairness, and a lack of preparation for future generations. Join us as we explore the behavioral and interpersonal factors that frequently influence planning outcomes, including money beliefs, family communication, succession readiness, equal versus equitable treatment of heirs, and the risks created by assumptions that are never discussed.
